Once the initial questionnaire has been filled (by you), the whole process usually takes around 10 days. You will receive a preview of your brand within 3 business days. Upon approval, we will still need an extra 3 to 5 business days to finalize your brand and deliver your files.
Obviously, the logo will be customized with your business name and tagline. On top of this, we will also customize the color palette and font palette for your business to make it as special and unique as we possibly can.
You will receive your logo files in PNG, JPEG & vector format for both web and print. Each version of the logo will be exported in one brand color, black and white files.
Fonts are tricky as they are licensable. But they are also a very important part of your brand identity and this is why I will select for you 3 to 4 brand fonts that are 100% free to use. You will receive the links to download each font.
Each brand kit will only be sold and customized 5 times. This allows us to offer you an affordable option while making sure your brand identity is not gonna be shared with many other businesses out there. Due to the digital nature of this product, there will be no refunds or exchanges. However, with so many customizations available in these brand kits, I am confident you will be 100% satisfied with the result.
