If your audience is too broad, your message gets lost. You may be getting likes, but not clients.

If someone lands on your profile or site, do they instantly know why they should hire you?
โ Clarify the outcome of working with you. What makes your offer different (and valuable) to your niche?
3. A signature offer
Without a clear offer, people donโt know how to buy from you. You stay in the โmaybeโ zone.
โ Create one well-defined offer that speaks directly to your niche and solves one key problem. It should feel like a natural next step.
4. A pricing strategy that reflects your value
If you’re pricing from fear or comparison, youโre likely undercharging.

12. A realistic CEO schedule
If youโre always reacting, youโre not leading and being busy doesnโt mean being productive.
โ Block time for revenue-generating work, rest, marketing, and admin. You donโt need to work more, you need to work more intentionally.
